Phoenix Patient Participation Group report that the NHS App training event with the Churn went very well. 95 people were helped to register and obtain access to their health records!
The Churn expect to run a follow up event in early autumn. Phoenix PPG will provide a similar level of support and promotion for this – please do look out for announcements.
In addition, The Churn offer a home visit to register patients on the NHS App for those who have difficulties attending organised events. If you would like a visit, please contact Michelle Bradburn on 01285 380038 to arrange help. Her working hours are Monday 9.30am -2.30pm, Tuesday 9.30am – 5.30pm,Wed, Thursday, and Friday 9.30am – 2.30pm.
