Patient Administrator

Salary: £13.59 per hour

18 hours per week (flexible)

 Thursdays and Fridays

Contract: Permanent

Location: Phoenix Health Group Cirencester

We are looking for a Patient Administrator to join the Administration team, providing administrative support to our busy Practice.

The successful candidate will be joining an award-winning practice.

We focus on providing excellent personal care and a holistic approach to medical practice.  The successful candidate will make an important contribution to the work of the Practice.  

You will need:

  • A good standard of education including qualifications in English and Math’s (Grade A – C, or equivalent).
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office software.
  • Excellent keyboard and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience of dealing with the public/patients.
  • Experience of working in an office environment.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision and determine own workload priorities.
  • The ability to work as part of an integrated multi-skilled team.
  • A clear understanding of confidentiality requirements.
  • The ability to work under pressure in a changing environment.
