We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Patient Care Advisor to join our friendly team, providing both front-line reception and telephone support within our busy practice.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional patient experience, ensuring every interaction is professional, welcoming, and efficient.
You will be joining an award-winning practice that is committed to providing outstanding, personalised care through a holistic approach to medicine. Working as part of a supportive and dedicated team, you will make a valuable contribution to the smooth running of the practice and help us maintain high standards of care.

You will need:
- A good standard of education including qualifications in English and Math’s (Grade A – C, or equivalent).
- Competent user of Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent keyboard and computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience of dealing with the public/patients.
- Experience of working in an office environment.
- Ability to work without direct supervision and determine own workload priorities.
- The ability to work as part of an integrated multi-skilled team.
- A clear understanding of confidentiality requirements.
- The ability to work under pressure in a changing environment.
