Salary
- Apprentice starting at £10.00 to £10.50 per hour.
- Non-qualified starting at £11.50 – £12.00 per hour.
- Fully-qualified starting at £12.00 to £13.08 per hour dependent upon experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen at our established and busy Practice for a Dispenser to join our team at the Phoenix Health Group.
Innovative and progressive with surgeries across Cirencester, Tetbury, South Cerney, Kemble and the RAU we focus on providing excellent personal care and a holistic approach to medical practice.
Everyone working in the Practice is valued for the role they play in providing a high-quality service for our patients.
The role will process all relevant prescriptions as authorised by GPs and prescribing nurses where appropriate, in accordance with the principles of good practice. The practice will consider an applicant who is not yet qualified but interested in Dispensing and helping patients. The position is also open to anyone interested in completing an apprenticeship.
You will need:
- Good standard of education, including qualifications in English and Maths.
- Experience of Microsoft Office software.
- Experience of dealing with the public/patients.
- Keyboard and computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to work as part of an integrated multi-skilled team.
- Experience of working in a Dispensary.
- If unqualified, the successful applicant would need to complete a Level 2 Dispensing Doctors’ course “Buttercups”.
