Claire Farragher
Practice manager
The practice manager, Claire Farragher, is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.
Sam Warman
Assistant practice manager
The assistant practice manager, Sam Warman supports the practice manager in the day to day running of the practice. She leads the reception and secretarial teams and also manages the complaint and feedback process.
Liam Hanafin-Smith
IT systems and communications administrator
Manages the efficient operation of the organization’s computer and network systems. In this capacity, he is responsible for the development and deployment of software and hardware installations across all five sites. As the lead for all IT and telephone related matters, Liam collaborates with external companies, managing the setup and maintenance of hardware and third party software.
Wendy Amaral
HR & Compliance Lead
The HR & Compliance Lead, Wendy Amaral, is responsible for providing a high-quality HR and Compliance function to support the multi-sited Practice, maintaining a happy and committed team supporting a high-quality patient experience.
Wendy provides a hands-on HR function for over 90 staff, supporting recruitment and management staff in HR aspects of their roles. She provides expert and robust advice and support to the partners and staff on the whole range of HR issues and legislative changes, which may affect the general management of the practice. She also leads the compliance function for the Practice with responsibility for HR policies and protocols.
Administration
The administration team support the GPs and nurses in maintaining high standards of medical care for all our patients. They deal with the administration involved with monitoring patients with long term conditions, including sending out annual review invitation letters. They also work alongside national programmes for screening, such as for NHS health checks, mammography, smears and bowel cancer. The admin team work with the GP’s to develop and improve clinical services through audit and performance monitoring and help with the introduction of new healthcare initiatives and services within the practice. They also process registrations for new patients and the transfer of their medical records from the previous practice.
Kerry Chester
Administration Manager
Provide administrative support to help clinicians maintain high standards of care across all clinical areas through: reports, audits, register checks, templates and coding, protocols, patient recall. Maintain an overview of the work of the Admin team to ensure that it is always carried out efficiently and to a high standard and to make sure that it is always relevant to current specifications.
Patient care team
Patient care advisers provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Patient care advisers make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.

Reception Manager
Responsible for managing and recruiting the team of patient care advisors in surgery. Also patient support in booking appointments , signposting to appropriate services , responding online and in practice to patient enquires and sending information where necessary.
Sam Skuse
Clinical rota coordinator
Sam Skuse manages the patient care team under the assistant practice manager. She also takes the lead role in screen maintenance at the practice.
Tetbury
The Secretary Team
The secretary team support the GPs and nurses with all patient referrals, along with administration relating to hospital and patient correspondence. The team also deal with requests for records, insurance and Non-NHS work. They are the central hub for the scanning and distribution of all incoming post to the practice. The team are based across the Cirencester and Tetbury bases and are made up of experienced medical secretaries and administrators.
Tracey Davies
Secretary Team Coordinator
Provide first line management, recruitment, and guidance for the Secretary Team. Planning of the team rotas, to ensure the team works effectively and efficiently to support the GPs and nurses in maintaining high standards of medical care for all our patients.
